I have uploaded the current development version Harvest-1.7.15 to the usual
places.

What's new:

- Small reorganization of the html files in preparation of moving to
  harvest.sourceforge.net.
- Fixed a bug with log file handling in enumerator.
- Some work was done to make IMS gathering work again.

  If you want to test this feature, put something like this into your
  RunGatherer:

  export HARVEST_DEBUG='-D42,1 -D42,5 -D42,9 -D40,1 -D40,5 -D40,9 \
                        -D21,1 -D21,5 -D21,9 -D40,1 -D40,9'
  export HARVEST_GATHERER_DBS=$HARVEST_HOME/gatherers/YOUR_GATHERER/data

  Of course, replace $HARVEST_HOME and YOUR_GATHERER with apprioriate values
  so that it $HARVEST_GATHERER_DBS points to the directory which contails
  PRODUCTION.gdbm.

  NOTE: IMS gathering isn't working yet and is work in progress.
