I am pleased to announce the current development version Harvest-1.7.16.

What's new:

I reorganized and reformatted the Harvest User's Manual and FAQ to
sgml for easier maintainance.

The environment variable $HARVEST_MAX_LOCAL_CACHE now interprets the
value as MBs, not as Bytes, so be careful if you are using this value.
Adjust it if necessary or you will fill up your disks completely.
