I am pleased to announce Harvest-1.8.3.
This is a maintainance release of the stable tree of Harvest.

What's new:

        * Merged with Harvest 1.9.12.

        * Added Dutch, French, Italian and Swedish user interface.

        * Added Microsoft PowerPoint summarizer.

        * Compile fixes for GCC 3.3.1.

        * Added support for URLs enclosed in single quotes.


There is a Harvest mailinglist and I would like to invite everybody interested
in developing, using or simply keeping an eye on the future development of
