Hi, I am pleased to announce Harvest-1.9.9. This ia a development version. What's new: * Updated to qdbm 1.4.7. Harvest now uses the curia api of qdbm which enables to split up the database into a number of files instead of having a single file. It is now possible to have a database larger than 2GB on some 32BIT systems. * Added curl 7.10.4. With curl, it is now possible to gather ftp urls from sites which use wu-ftpd ftp server. The modeling of data for Zebra isn't finished yet. There are problems in SOIF input filter. This will cause parts of document attributes not indexed correctly, so that it can't be found. You also will see parts of raw SOIF data in some result summaries. This will be fixed as soon as possible. There also is a bug in which prevents indexing more than around 7GB of data. Adam already fixed this bug and a new version of Zebra will be available soon. You can test the new system by pointing your browser to: http://your.server/Harvest/brokers/zquery/ As always, I appreciate any feedback. I would like to invite everybody interested in developing, using or simply keeping an eye on the future development of Harvest, to join the mailinglist.
